當(dāng)今中國(guó)與外部世界的關(guān)系正處于十字路口：一方面，自二戰(zhàn)以來(lái)的國(guó)際發(fā)展合作與治理架構(gòu)正遭遇重大挑戰(zhàn)，自20世紀(jì)80年代以來(lái)的全球化正面臨深刻轉(zhuǎn)型，世界各國(guó)正以新的視角審視“不斷興起中”的中國(guó)；另一方面，中國(guó)在逐步走進(jìn)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)舞臺(tái)中心的過(guò)程中也在不斷把握自身與外部世界的尺度，日趨豐富的海外發(fā)展新實(shí)踐為其提供了中國(guó)視野下敘說(shuō)全球的資源和素材。
The relationship between China and the outside world is at the crossroad. On the one hand, after the WWII, international cooperation and governance structure are faced with challenges. Since 1980s, globalization has been experiencing profound transformation. The “rising” China has been examined with new perspectives by various actors in the world. On the other hand, while approaching the center of world economic stage, China is trying to pursue the appropriateness between itself and the others. The accumulating resources and practices stimulate new narratives on development and development cooperation.
由此，中國(guó)如何從思想和實(shí)踐領(lǐng)域推動(dòng)新型發(fā)展知識(shí)的創(chuàng)生至關(guān)重要，這將直接影響了世界對(duì)中國(guó)的認(rèn)知，也將重塑中國(guó)人對(duì)外部世界的想象。我們需要在古今之辯和中西之別中開(kāi)辟出新的思想力量，用以理解或指引我們正在邁向的發(fā)展新格局。中國(guó)的知識(shí)界也正在捕捉當(dāng)前不斷涌現(xiàn)出來(lái)的發(fā)展新實(shí)踐，以一種全新的主體意識(shí)探尋著某種新世界的模糊雛形。
Therefore, the generation of new developmental knowledge is significant for both intellectual debates and development practices. It will affect the world’s perceptions of China and reshape the Chinese imagination of the outside world as well. We need to open up the third approach in the debates between the ancient and modern times, and between China and the West, to understand or to guide us into the new development pattern we are heading towards. The intellectual community is also capturing new development practices that are emerging, exploring the fuzzy embryonic form of a new world with a brand-new subjective consciousness.
在此背景下，中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)國(guó)際發(fā)展與全球農(nóng)業(yè)學(xué)院、《文化縱橫》共同舉辦本次高端發(fā)展知識(shí)學(xué)術(shù)講壇。
